What happens if the transmission is interrupted?

Prior to downloading the product, a small application is delivered to your PC’s desktop. If the transmission is interrupted, this application can be used to restart the download manager. If a download is restarted, the transmission resumes where it left off. Just double click on the game shortcut to resume your download.

Can I install the product on more than one PC?

This varies by publisher and game. Some games can be installed on only one PC while others can be installed on up to five PCs. Your email receipt will display the number of licenses available.

How do I install my product on another computer?

You can install your product on a number of computers that you own, depending on the publisher of your product. Please refer to your confirmation email for total number of allowed activations. To install, follow these instructions:

1. You must have Internet Access on the destination computer.
2. If you DO NOT have the software currently installed on your machine, you can download it by clicking the link in the e-mail confirmation you received for this transaction.
3. Click the hyperlink in the confirmation email to download the game setup file.
4. Launch the setup file to install your game.

I did not receive my email receipt or activation code.

The receipt containing the activation code and record of the sale is automatically sent to the email address that you provide at the time of purchase.

There are 3 possible reasons why you may not receive your email receipt at the time of purchase:

1. Your spam or junk mail filter is set very high and correspondence from GoLoader is being blocked from your Inbox. Or your inbox is full.

   Solution: Be sure your junk mail filter is not too sensitive and that your web server and your own email settings are not blocking messages from GoLoader. If you do not receive your receipt immediately after purchase, submit a request for your receipt email to be resent to you.

2. You entered your email address incorrectly in the purchase field.

   Solution: Submit a request for your receipt email to be resent to you. Include the correct email address, your first and last name, and the first 4 and last 4 digits of the credit/debit card you used to make the purchase.

3. Your original purchase did not go through.

   Solution: check your email for a receipt, check your billing statement, and if necessary try the purchase again.

How do I download a free trial?

Click on the "Download Trial" button from the product description page of the game.

• When prompted to Open/Save, choose "Open". Wait for the download to finish.
• Follow the on screen instruction to install the game.
• Play the game throughout the trial period and see if you like it.
• You will have the option to purchase the game after the trial period expires.

How long is the free trial?

Trial periods vary by publisher. Most trial periods last for 30 minutes of game play or a set number of uses. You will have the option to purchase the full product after the trial period ends.

Will I receive a CD/DVD-ROM?

During the checkout process you will have the option of requesting a Backup DVD. If you choose this option a Backup DVD will be shipped to your mailing address.

When is an Internet connection required?

You need an Internet connection to download, install, and license the game. Once the game is activated, you can play offline as long and as often as you want. Please note that offline play doesn't apply to games that have been specifically designed to be played online such as MMORPG (Massive Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Games).

My credit card is being rejected

There are 3 possible reasons why your credit card may be rejected:

1. You may be trying to use a card we do not accept. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards. If your card does not have one of these logos on the front, it will not work with our automated system.


2. Your address or name does not match the address or name on file for that card or your card has been blocked in our system because of suspected fraud. To correct this issue, please re-enter your credit card billing address and name exactly as it appears on your billing statement.


3. You have insufficient credit or funds to cover the cost of the purchase. Please contact your bank directly to resolve this issue.
